Inside Chanel plans to launch a new series of episodes that will take a deep dive into the relationship Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel had with art.

Art became part of her everyday life through her friendships with artists in Paris and also her exposure to cultural movements of the time. The first episode of this new series, titled “Gabrielle Chanel and the Arts,” gives us a look at the creative links she developed in the art world while unveiling the “upheaval she initiated in her creations.”

‘Gabrielle Chanel and the Arts’ will debut February 24 on Inside Chanel‘s website. Four upcoming episodes will focus on Chanel’s relationship with literature and poetry, cinema, dance and music.
