‘Breaking Bad’ & K-Swiss Collab for ‘Cooking And Cleaning’ Footwear Collection

Breaking Bad and K-Swiss are teaming up on a collaborative partnership that draws inspiration from key themes from the show: “Cooking,” “Cleaning” and “Recreational Vehicle” (released earlier).

The “Cooking” theme is inspired by the yellow hazmat suits that Walter White and Jesse Pinkman wore when they were cooking up their special “hot sellers.” The shoe features a white Classic 2000 as the base, and it’s upper is a yellow ripstop sheath that automatically makes you think of the iconic hue being synonymous with the show. There is also a throat zipper and a grey/pink heel buckle along with Breaking Bad branding.

Next we have the “Cleaning” theme in which Walt and Jesse ditched their small operation to move into Gustavo’s super advanced lab. The shape and silhouette are basically the same, minus the yellow being swapped out for a rubberized orange which is where the nod to Gus’ advanced lab comes into play.

Lastly we have “Recreational Vehicle,” which is a re-release that debuted in 2019. This shoe gives off retro vibes with the overall cream color and stripes inspired by Jesse Pinkman’s stolen RV and comes packaged in a special shoe box with bullet hole graphics

Purchase the entire Breaking Bad x K-Swiss Classic collection at Foot Locker on February 20. The price point for this collaboration ranges from $80-90 USD.

‘Plot Twist’ As Virgil Abloh Teases An Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 in Cream

The Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 “Black Metallic” has come and gone. The release was in conjunction with the Jordan Chicago Collaborators Collection, which included a co-branded woven jacket, boiler suit, pants and tee.

As expected, all of the pieces from the collection immediately sold out on the SNKRS App shortly after release.
