Virgil Abloh Announces New Off-White™ x Nike Dunk Collab

Via an Instagram Live session, Virgil Abloh recently revealed to fans that another Nike Dunk collaboration is underway.

With Abloh’s Air Rubber Dunks in a variety of colorways already on the way, he also showed off a sketch of a rough design he is working on for his Off-White™ series with Nike.

Nike Dunk Low SP “Brazil”

As a part of its “Team Tones” pack, Nike has just announced that it will be dropping the Dunk Low SP in three colorways. Leading off the “Team Tones” pack is the “Brazil.”

This particular colorway is inspired by South America as it features a “Varsity Maize” (yellow) and “Pine Green” colorway just like the banner of Brazil. The hits of green and yellow are all combined on a smooth leather upper.

Priced at $100 USD, the Nike Dunk Low SP “Brazil” will be released on May 21 via SNKRS and select Nike retailers.

Ben & Jerry’s x Nike SB Dunk Low “Chunky Dunky” Plus Release Info

Another fresh colorway of Nike SBs are on the horizon in the form of the highly-anticipated Ben & Jerry’s collab ‘Chunky Dunky.’

Leather and suede materials are adorned all over the upper while the inner sock lining looks to have a tie dye inspired motif. Imitation cowhide make up the toe cap, lace eyelet area and heel while the sides of the silhouette have a sky and hill aesthetic reminiscent of livestock on a farm. The gold color of the dripping Swoosh rounds out the design of this potential “sneaker of the year” worthy sneaker.

The Ben & Jerry’s x Nike SB Dunk Low “Chunky Dunky” will first release at skate shops on May 23 while a broader release is slated for May 26 via SNKRS and other Nike retailers.

New Look At The Air Jordan 6 “Hare”

Has there been a better duo besides Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan? Hare Jordan and Air Jordan have been a part of some big moments over the years from collab on sneakers to the iconic Space Jam film in which the duo shared top billing. This summer, the dynamic duo takes things up a notch with a new drop this summer with the Air Jordan 6 “Hare.”

The Air Jordan draws inspiration from the classic Air Jordan 7 “Hare.” Hits of red appear on the tongue cover with the embroidering of the Jumpman logo for added detail. The black heel tab also features red accents accompanied by purple Jumpman logos on the heel.

The Air Jordan 6 “Hare” will be available in a full size run on June 5 for $190 USD.

Up Close Look At The Upcoming COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Low

The Nike Dunk train is still going strong and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down as the classic silhouette has been used in the form of collabs with other brands to bringing back previous designs. There have been previous sightings of the COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Lows last fall and now we have more pics as well as a release date.

The silhouettes feature an array of grey, black, and obsidian uppers with a translucent-motif. One pair will have the CDG branding all-over while the other pair will have just the previous color blocking with black Swooshes.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Nothing But Net”

Nike pays homage to Michael Jordan’s classic fit during the ‘92 Olympics in Barcelona with the Jordan 1 Low “Nothing But Net” colorway.

Capitalizing on the ever-growing popularity of retro styles has been part of the Nike aesthetic for a while now. From The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Jordan 5’s to now the Air Jordan 1 Low that has a similar pattern to the legendary Barcelona Sweater that MJ wore in 1992.

Hiroshi Fujiwara Reveals A fragment design x Nike Air Max 1 “The Ten” Sample

Hiroshi Fujiwara has just unveiled a fragment design x Nike Air Max 1 “The Ten” sample, which wasn’t used in favor of Virgil Abloh’s design aesthetic.

This fragment design x Nike Air Max 1 “The Ten” is composed of a black and beige suede material and features the technical product descriptions above the Air unit which has been the brand’s core design element. The fragment design and “The Ten” branding is adorned throughout the insole, heel pulls, and tongue tabs.

Air Jordan 3 “Animal Instinct 2.0” | Release Date

It’s no secret that the Air Jordan 3 is one of the more notable silhouettes in the stable. In terms of design, the elephant print is just as iconic as His Airness is to basketball. The silhouette first debuted over 30 years ago and still remains one of the all time best sneakers produced. Now, the Air Jordan 3 “Animal Instinct 2.0” is set to release, bringing out the silhouette’s wild side.

Nike incorporated snakeskin, elephant print and even crocodile for this sneaker plus more. The heel tab has an Oregon Ducks feel while the rest of the shoe is reminiscent of the OG black 3’s.

Three Nike Dunk Low Colorways Unveiled for Summer

The Nike Dunk Low SP has transcended to fan-favorite so far for 2020. The release of the “Syracuse” and “Kentucky” colorways garnered positive reviews so it’s only right that a new Dunk collection will drop soon.

The next collection dropping from Nike will be the “Brazil (Varsity Maize/Pine Green-White),” “University Red (White/University Red)” and “Champ Colors (University Orange/Marine)” which we will start seeing around late May.
