The Air Jordan retros featured in the gallery below have made the official release list. The Jordan Brand Spring 2021 Holiday Collection will be comprised of 11 pairs total with 6 different silhouettes. Such silhouettes will be women’s exclusives, past releases as well as some familiar models featuring new tech and materials.

The Air Jordan 11 Adapt Celebrates The 25th Anniversary Of The XI And Its Self-Lacing

Continuing its 25th Anniversary celebration of the Air Jordan 11, Jordan Brand has created a first for the silhouette, infusing it with Nike Adapt self-lacing tech. Just like it’s predecessors in the Adapt family such as the Adapt BB 2.0 and Adapt Auto Max, the Air Jordan 11 “Adapt” uses an App to tighten and loosen the laces or through the use of buttons at the mid foot.

For the most part, the overall silhouette stays true to the 11’s aesthetic with a few minor adjustments. A translucent layer covers the upper portion of the sneaker including the lace eyelet area as well as the Jumpman logo at the heel. Instead of regular laces, thin cords have been equipped as part of Adapt technology’s lock-down device. Tinker Hatfield’s sketches remain true in terms of the colorway he originally used as well as an icy sole that rounds out the look.

Be on the look out for the Air Jordan 11 “Adapt” to drop on December 30.

Air Jordan 1 Hi ’85 “Neutral Grey” Releases in 2021

As the old saying goes, there’s a first time for everything, and that saying rings true for the OG Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘85 “Neutral Grey” colorway as it will be available for the first time in 2021. The Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘85 silhouette comes with a higher collar than the Air Jordan 1 Retro we’ve been accustomed to as of late and the now popular “Neutral Grey” tone will only add more hype to the sneaker as it is known for gracing the Air Jordan 1 “Dior” model.

Buttery white leathers make up the uppers while grey suede adorns the Swooshes and collars. Grey is also present on the collar flap’s ball-and-wings insignia. Rounding out the details on this subtle silhouette are white mid soles accompanied by grey outsoles.

This sneaker is slated for a first quarter release in 2021 with a price tag of $200 USD.

Nike Keeps the Pressure on Warren Lotas with Additional Complaints Over the Dunk & Reaper Shoes

Warren Lotas can’t seem to catch a break with his Dunk inspired sneakers as Nike has filed a continuation in its lawsuit against the designer. Last week Lotas offered to give consumers replacements due to a document submitted on November 2nd stating Nike’s displeasure with his “Reaper” silhouette. Now, Nike is continuing to put pressure on Lotas’ sneakers with the focus being the revamped “Reaper” in which the Swoosh brand sees more issues.

Nike’s current accusation shows that there is a striking similarity between the Lotas’ Reaper soles compared to the Nike Dunk’s soles. Seems as though Lotas changed up a few aspects of his silhouette but couldn’t get away from the soles of the sneaker which is basically identical to Nike’s model.

Other similarities include the heel branding, toe box area, tongue and lacing. In changing of certain aspects of his shoe, Lotas switched the Jason mask Swoosh for a more prominent Reaper logo as well as altering the heel.

November 9th is the deadline for Warren Lotas to formally respond to the latest claim from Nike.

The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort Hits the Scene in a “Bayou Boys” Colorway

Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort “Bayou Boys” has surfaced, offering a new take on the classic silhouette. Jordan Brand’s Zion Williamson and the bayous of New Orleans serve as the inspiration behind the sneakers.

The “Bayou Boys” feature a mixture of materials, textures and tones with grey and black textiles for the quarter panels. The panels are complimented by a cut-out black suede Swoosh with more black suede found at the toebox and collar.

One can’t help but notice the croc-printed leather on the mudguards, collar flap areas, eyestays and heel pieces in a “New Orchid” colorway. The exposed foam seems to have a Virgil Abloh influence as the frequent Nike collaborator has made the style famous on a few of its silhouettes. Rounding out the details is the “Bayou Boys” script on the inside of the tongue and insoles along with Zoom technology.

The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort “Bayou Boys” can be purchased now at Nike China for ¥1,199 or $180 USD.

We now have a look of what to expect courtesy of ZSneakerheadz and Sole Heat On Feet.

The upcoming Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG features a red, white and black upper with a translucent bottom. Rounding out the details is the aged midsole and Air Jordan’s signature at the heel.
