The “Vile And Villainous” Nike LeBron 17 ‘MR. SWACKHAMMER’

LeBron James has been debuting ‘Space Jam’ inspired kicks as of late with last week showcasing the Nike LeBron 17 Low ‘Tune Squad’ silhouette. Now, the Lakers superstar gives us a look at the Nike LeBron 17 ”Mr. Swackhammer,” which is named after the villain of the ‘Space Jam’ film.

This shoe features a neon green Knitposite upper that gives you the look of Mr. Swackhammer’s overall skin color, which is accented with textured colorful hues on the sides and back. Normal Swoosh branding in the form of mini Nike checks can be seen on the toe with King James’ blue and green logo on the dark green tongue. Rounding out the details is the blue cushioned Max Air midsole that this model rests on, providing pure comfort and functionality.

The Nike LeBron 17 “Mr. Swackhammer” drops tomorrow (February 19) on Nike SNKRS for $225 USD.

Kicks In Action | Lebron In The Nike LeBron 17 Low ‘TUNE SQUAD’

LeBron James and the Lakers hit up the court last night (2/12/20) in Denver to play the Nuggets in an exciting game that saw the Lakers win 120-116 in overtime.

As impressive as Lebron’s stat line was, it was his sneakers that got just as much attention as he hit up the court in the ‘Tune Squad’ 17’s.

The shoe features a modified forefoot Zoom unit, massive heel Air Max unit, a heat-and-pressure combined Knitposite (essentially Battleknit 3.0) along with an inverted Swoosh by the midsole.
