Artist Dre Wapenaar’s Hanging Tent Reinvents Camping

Dre Wapenaar has created a very unique camping experience for those wanting something a little more exciting and different than the norm. The Dutch artist has designed four “Tranendreef” tree tents for visitors to partake in. These dangling balloon-shaped tents are found in Belgium’s Borgloon Forest.

Initially installed as part of “Pit,” a public art exhibition organized by contemporary art gallery Z33, Wapenaar’s creations are now accessible to the public and can hold two adults and two children.
