Cryptic New Teaser Trailer For ‘CANDYMAN’

Candyman Director Nia DaCosta shares a surreal new teaser for the upcoming film that pays homage to the original horror flick. DaCosta also shared the following note:

“CANDYMAN, at the intersection of white violence and black pain, is about unwilling martyrs. The people they were, the symbols we turn them into, the monsters we are told they must have been.”

Get Out Director Jordan Peele takes over producing duties for the film which gives a new take on the urban legend while also staying true to the film’s essence.

Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” Sneak Peak | HBO Max

Zack Snyder has given us a sneak peak of his upcoming Justice League director’s cut film via Twitter. Snyder was the original director of the film but stepped away due to the tragic death of his daughter. Directorial duties for the rest of the film were finished and altered by Joss Whedon which left fans feeling unfulfilled about the finished product

The sneak peak of the film shows Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman exploring some ruins when the camera pans up to show a mural of supervillain Darkseid. The next transition shows Darkseid in the flesh, leading his army against the heroes of earth.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be released in 2021 on HBO Max.

Trippie Redd ‘Dreamer’ Official Visualizer

In honor of his 21st birthday, Trippie Redd has just released a new single and accompanying visualizer titled “Dreamer” produced by Yeezo. In the video, the Ohio rapper can be seen on an ATV in a retro styled visual that looks straight out of the 90’s.

Beyoncé & adidas To Release New IVY PARK Collection This Fall

Beyoncé, via her partnership with adidas, is planning to release a new IVY PARK collection for Fall 2020. Sneaker insiders @py_rates confirms that the upcoming IVY PARK x adidas 2020 Collection will feature sneakers such as an Ultra Boost OG, Forum Mid, Forum Low and Sleek Super 72. Expect each model to have the IVY PARK and adidas branding as well.

The IVY PARK x adidas 2020 Collection should release on October 15 at select retailers and adidas.com. The IVY PARK x adidas Sleek Super 72 will release the following month on November 15. Prices will range from $120 to $150 USD.

The Off-White x Air Jordan 4 “Sail” Gets A Release Date

After being teased at Paris Fashion Week, the sneaker community has been clambering to get a definite release date on the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 “Sail.”

These Air Jordan 4’s c/o Virgil Abloh sees the classic silhouette dipped in an all-over cream palette. The white netting and signature Off-White text complement the overall aesthetic of the sneaker well. Look for these to drop July 25 for $200 USD at select Nike retailers as well as Nike.com.

With summer right around the corner, it seems now would be the perfect time to see a lot of your favorite silhouettes in a low version. This is no surprise after we recently posted about the Air Jordan 11 Low “White Bread” releasing soon that we would see another colorway of low 11’s in the form of a women’s “Concord” colorway.

Much like the “White Bread” colorway, there are a few aspects from the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” that are applied to the Air Jordan 11 Retro Low WMNS “Concord” as well such as the white mesh upper and icy blue outsole. The royal blue patent leather adds a nice touch to the overall classic silhouette.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro Low WMNS “Concord” will drop next month on July 10 for $185 USD.

Lil Baby Sees ‘The Bigger Picture’ With New Visual

Lil Baby spreads a powerful message in his new visual for “The Bigger Picture.” The essence of equality and fighting for what you believe in is delivered flawlessly in each bar that the Atlanta rapper spits.

The video is directed by Keemotion Films, showing Lil Baby out in the field with the rest of the peaceful protesters in Atlanta. The visual shows people in real-time, demanding justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and countless others who have died at the hands of police brutality and injustice. Lil Baby states via his Instagram account that proceeds will be spread between different organizations fighting for the cause.

Lil Wayne releases the official video for his single “I Don’t Sleep.” The video is done in an animation style, most likely due to COVID-19, but overall makes for a creative choice.

The New Orleans rapper enlisted Migos’ Takeoff as well which shows Weezy skating through different situations as he boasts about blowing a million dollars in a week. Check it out above.

The Air Jordan 3 “Varsity Royal” will be priced at $190 USD and will hit the scene this summer. This silhouette holds a striking resemblance to the Cement 3’s or the Air Jordan 3 “Unite” with the only difference being the all blue upper and blue Jumpman on the tongue. Richard Mille has somewhat made a place at the top of the timepiece game in terms of what many have defined as to what luxury is. Whether it be Drake, Jay-Z, Meek Mill, or Pharrell, the Richard Mille watch has been made a status symbol of what success is.

Most of what we’ve seen from Richard Mille has been deduced to the wrist, until now. The popular Swiss timepiece maker has now introduced a new take on the pocket watch. The new RM 020 Tourbillon Pocket Watch is a reimagining of a popular mainstay from years ago, updated to the modern era.

Features include a carbon nanofiber composite baseplate that was molded at a temperature of 2,000˚C to ensure stability from a mechanical, physical, and chemical standpoint. The timepiece is finished off with a sturdy titanium chain and matching desk stand.
