Air Jordan 3 ‘UNC’ Official Images

The Air Jordan 3 ‘UNC’ is slated to release next month, paying homage to Michael Jordan’s college days at the University of North Carolina.

The shoes feature a mostly all white upper with hints of ‘Valor Blue’ traces on the tongue, lace loops and heel molds. Unfortunately, there will be no sought after “Nike Air” heel branding that most sneaker heads and Jordan lovers look for, however, the elephant prints are staying true to the standards that the classic Jordan 3’s have lived up to.

Check out the gallery of images above as these are expected to drop on Nike.com on March 7th for $190 USD.

Jordan Brand And Paris Saint-Germain For Women

Jordan Brand and French football club Paris Saint-Germain have teamed up to debut a women’s collection. The two have collaborated before on sneakers and a few collections for guys so it seemed inevitable for a women’s line to be next.

This women’s debut from Jordan and PSG will contain six co-branded products which include a bomber jacket, dress, fleece pants, leggings and a hoodie. Red, white and blue will be this signature color collective which honors the French flag and will encompass Paris Saint-Germain branding and the classic Jumpman logo.

Are These Unreleased Air Jordan 4’s Up Next?

It seems as though Virgil Abloh is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon as he may have just given us a glimpse of the next Jordan x Off-White collab.

It is no surprise that the Off-White Jordan 5 received a lot of admiration from sneaker heads and fans alike so when pics of an Off-White x Jordan 4 was revealed by Abloh himself, many are clambering to know the details or if this is just a sample. The shoes could possibly be for the Off-White Fall/Winter 2020/2021 women’s collection, which shows feminine touches like transparent heel-tabs, exposed sponge at the ankle, and “AIR” above the cushioning. Nike Honors Kobe Bryant With “MAMBA FOREVER” Commercial

This year has already been a roller coaster of emotions especially for the world of sports. Monday (2/24) was deeply emotional in Los Angeles as the City of Angels held Kobe and GiGi Bryant’s memorial at Staples Center. Attendees included fans, teammates, friends, and rivals, with all prepared to say their final goodbyes to the legend.

Nike released an amazing commercial to give Kobe the going away he so deserved. The commercial is around two minutes in length and emphasizes the word “forever” with all of The Black Mamba’s accomplishments flashing before it from the titles he’s won, his scoring achievements, and most importantly, him being a father. The commercial wraps up with “Mamba” fading in with the final words “Mamba forever.”

Raf Simons and Miuccia Prada made the announcement official at a press conference during Milan Fashion Week. Equal responsibility will be shared amongst the two especially when it comes to creative and decision-making. Simons will officially start his new role on April 2, and look for his first collection under Prada in September at Milan Fashion Week.

Official Look At The Nike Kobe 5 Protro “LAKERS”

Kobe Bryant’s impact reached more than just basketball, in fact, his impact far exceeded sports in general. With resellers clambering to buy every piece of Kobe merchandise especially sneakers, one has to wonder if Nike will ever release another Kobe Bryant silhouette.

With that being said, many have wondered if the Kobe 5 Protro ‘Lakers’ colorway would see the light of day. Nike postponed the championship-inspired colorway originally and we’ve heard no follow up as to when or if they would release them, that is until now. It seems certain retailers have been listing March as a release date with some shops overseas already having them.

We now have official images which could only mean the Black Mamba’s signature shoe in the iconic Lakers Purple/Gold colors could be upon us. The release is rumored to hit on March 26th so hopefully we get a chance to see them at select stores and Nike SNKRS.

Air Jordan 3 ‘UNC’

Check out a first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 3 UNC, which ironically, doesn’t feature any UNC tongue branding.

The staple and stand out of the AJ3 is the “elephant print” on the toe and heal area. As previously mentioned, this pair will not have UNC Tarheels branding but instead come with the Jumpman logo on the tongue. All Jordans lately have come with a different shoe box to match the color scheme of the shoe and this particular silhouette is no different as it seems the box will have a ‘UNC Blue’ lid with elephant print bottom half.

Release Date: March 7th, 2020
Price: $190

Documentary | BANKSY & THE RISE OF OUTLAW ART

Check out this trailer for a documentary on the mysterious and elusive street artist Banksy. The doc, called Banksy & The Rise of Outlaw Art, focuses on how Banksy helped to transcend the world of street art.

As the world’s most infamous street artist, Banksy’s political art, criminal stunts and daring invasions have outraged the establishment for over two decades, but despite being one of the most important figures of our times, Banksy has remained an enigma, with little known about the circumstances of his life and work. His rise coincided with the emergence of Street Art, a form of illegal, public art that evolved from the graffiti scene to change the face of cities across the world. Banksy became the leading figure in this revolutionary new movement, assembling a multi-million dollar empire and changing the way that we think about art. Through it all, however, his identity has remained shrouded in mystery…
