Nike has just revealed official images of its new SB Dunk High “Invert Celtics” colorway. This silhouette is part of the Nike skate subdivision’s “Invert Pack” which shows two different sneakers stitched together.
These “Invert Celtics” feature a mixture of shaggy pinky/black suede on the upper combined with a medial quarter of green/white leather. Pink hits can also be seen on the eyelets, mudguards, heel, collar and Swooshes.
This sneaker first saw a release in Japan earlier this month and is now set for a global release in October at select skateshops for $120 USD.
More college inspired footwear is on the way from Nike which gives a nod to the 2016 College Colors Program that honored the Be True To Your School capsule. This modernized version features the Nike Dunk High “Michigan” with the iconic maize and navy colorway of the Wolverines.
The Nike Dunk High “Michigan” drops in a few hours, retailing for $120 USD.
Nike has just released photos of the latest LeBron model in the LeBron 18. Along with the unveiling, the Swoosh brand also released several colorways of the silhouette which features a Max Air Heel and Zoom Air cushioning.
There will be four colorways of the sneaker with the first being “Empire Jade” which is a Greater China-exclusive and the “Reflections” colorway.
The “Reflections” and “Empire Jade” colorways will release on September 21 for $225 USD.
Its hard to believe that it has been four years since NFL Star and social justice activist Colin Kaepernick took a knee to protest police brutality against black and brown people. The courage that he displayed on September 11 resulted in the league and owners blackballing him from playing the game that he loves.
This all-black “True to 7” jersey is a follow-up to the 2019 black and white colorway and celebrates the four year anniversary of the former San Francisco QB taking a knee on the sidelines, protesting police brutality and systemic racism.
This “Icon Edition” jersey features Kaepernick’s #7 on the chest and his logo branding on the collar. The jocktag offers a three-part design with the Nike Swoosh, Kaepernick’s signature afro logo and another K logo.
Although it’s clear that Kaepernick is continuing to be ostracized, many companies have begun to open their eyes to his true mission. With Madden 21 finally adding the quarterback in the game and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell admitting to handling the situation all wrong, it’s clear to see why Nike’s ongoing support of Kaepernick has been so crucial.
The Nike Kaepernick “True to 7” jersey will hit the Nike SNKRS app on September 17, retailing for $150 USD.
Neymar Jr. has departed from Nike, ending a 15 year relationship with the iconic sports brand. The Brazilian football star now has his sights on Puma and wearing the KING football cleats.
Neymar Jr. took to Twitter, celebrating the move stating:
“I grew up watching videos of great football legends such as Pelé, Cruyff, Matthäus, Eusébio and Maradona. These were the KINGs of the pitch, the KINGs of my sport. I wish to bring back the legacy that those athletes created on the pitch. They each played in PUMA, and each of them created their magic in The KING. Every time I lace my boots, my KING boots, I will do anything to achieve all of my dreams to honor my name and that of all those great ones who wore the KING before me. This will be my PUMA history. The KING is back!”
Neymar Jr.’s collection for PUMA is now available for pre-order at the brand’s website.
Sneaker collector English Sole gives us a look at the limited-to-68 AJ4 “Green Laser” silhouette. These rare sneakers were given to the marketing team of Jordan Brand as well as a select number of Jordan Brand athletes.
The “Green Laser” features an upper of satin green, complimented with an all-over laser design. Black hits compose the mesh panels on the vamp and mid-panel, eyelet cage and mid-sole bumper.
Finishing the design of the sneaker is a white midsole with an icy outsole, joined by red Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel. Check out the gallery above of English Sole’s Air Jordan 4 “Laser Green.”
Taking it back to 2005 of the Undefeated x Nike Dunk High collab, the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bio Hack” gives you all the nostalgic feels with the various colored panels like Baroque Brown, black, the popular Laser Orange, and Racer Pink that the former made popular.
Look for the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bio Hack” to drop September 4 for $170 USD. Speculation is that these will be limited to only 5,000 pairs, much like its predecessor.
Jordan Brand is capitalizing on adding the royal blue colorway to its classic silhouettes and have seized the opportunity in picking the right models so far. The Air Jordan 3 will be next up to bat with the “Varsity Royal” which is slated to release this October.
The colorway bares a striking resemblance to the Air Jordan 3 “Unite” being that the only difference is the color swap of red to blue. Check out the upcoming colorway in the gallery above and look for these to drop on October 10 for $190 USD.
The Nike Dunk Low has been gathering traction for most of the year. There have been many color palettes either teased or already dropped and each colorway has been well-received. 2020 is far from over and we now have yet another colorway prepping to drop soon.
Speculation is that the Nike Dunk Low “Lemon Wash” is planning to drop this year. This silhouette comes in a multi-color/ pattern combination of dark reds, blues, and yellows, topped with yellow laces.

Kobe’s passing has left us all with an empty feeling inside. Despite the sadness we feel of a legend that has gone too soon, it’s important to never forget the lessons he has taught us which can be applied on and off the court. August 23 would have been Mamba’s 42nd birthday and today, as well as days ahead, we honor the legend that is Kobe Bean Bryant.
Kobe Bryant taught us to be better-a better scorer, better GOAT, better father. His philosophy of #MambaMentality changed the game and continues to inspire athletes like Serena Williams, Anthony Davis, Sydney Leroux, Diana Taurasi and Sky Brown today.
Kendrick Lamar narrates the ad which features other sports stars and even shares intimate moments with the legend and his family. Kobe’s daughter, Gigi also makes an appearance in the spot as well. Happy Birthday Kobe! #MambaMentality
