Ducati’s Powerful SUPERLEGGERE v4

The New Ducati Superleggere V4 picks up where the Panigale V4 left off and plans to take the Ducati to another level as the most powerful bike to date.

The Superleggere’s Desmosedici Stradale R engine gives you more than 20 horsepower more than it’s predecessor and is capable of pushing out 220 horsepower in its standard configuration and an amazing 234 horsepower when it’s track ready. Faster is the goal as It’s also 35 pounds lighter than the Panigale, stepping to the scale at 350 pounds courtesy of it’s carbon fiber, titanium, and magnesium.

One important note is the Superleggere will be the only street-legal motorbike available with a carbon fiber chassis, wheels, and swingarm.

This will be a limited release with only 500 units being produced and will be numbered. Look for a release sometime in June of this year.

New Images of the Nike AIR FEAR OF GOD 1 ‘STRING’ Revealed

UPDATE: We recently released early images of Nike’s new Air Fear of God 1 “String” colorway with the release date of February 10. It seems as though they will be getting pushed back to a later date unfortunately. Breaking from the single-color style offered by most of Lorenzo’s past Nike releases, the “String” combines a black ballistic mesh collar and midfoot with a supple sandy suede toebox and a jagged plastic support cage. More tan tones are present on the midsole, and double-stacked icy blue Zoom Air units in the heel provide basketball-inspired cushioning.

Check back for more info on the new release date.

ORIGINAL STORY: It seems like the partnership between Nike and Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God brand is still going strong as new photos of the Air Fear of God 1 ‘String’ have just surfaced. The pics come courtesy of the Instagram account of @upcycle.sneaks and we can now see the details up close.

These “cream toes,” as Jerry calls them, are constructed of a breathable mesh upper in black, surrounded by a cream colored TPU cage and cream toe box. Branding is shared by the two companies as we see A black mini Swoosh on the cage, embossed Fear of God print on the midsole and the Nike logo on the heel. The icy blue air unit comes equipped inside the raised Zoom Air sole unit with tonal black laces rounding out the pair.

Release date: February 10

Estimated price: $350

Outta This World With The Nike ‘SPACE HIPPIE’ Collection

Nike is pushing the envelope when it comes to their innovations in performance and we will continue to see more and more especially in the upcoming 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

While performance is the bread and butter of Nike’s innovations, it is the sustainable lifestyle products that garner much attention as we see that with the new Space Hippie collection. Here we have four models constructed of scrap materials from factory floors. This method of sustainable productions results in Nike’s lowest carbon footprint score to date.

At least 85% of each Space Hippie shoe is constructed from a special Flyknit variation called rPoly. This material is made from recycled plastic bottles, t-shirt and yarn scraps with grey and blue tints featured on the upper with orange accents.

OFF-WHITE Named Hottest Fashion Brand | The Lyst

The Lyst Index is a quarterly ranking of fashion’s hottest brands and products. To compile the results, global fashion search platform Lyst analyzes the online shopping behavior of more than nine million shoppers a month searching, browsing and buying fashion across 12,000 designers and stores online.

The formula behind The Lyst Index takes into account global Lyst and Google search data, conversion rates and sales, as well as brand and product social media mentions and engagement statistics worldwide over a three month period.

Off-White has maintained the top spot in quarter 4 of the “Hottest Brands” list keeping fashion behemoths like Gucci and Balenciaga in their rear view. Calculated as part of the Lyst index, we can see that Gucci has move up to second place, ahead of Balenciaga in third and Moncler in fourth. See the top 20 at thelyst.com.

AIR JORDAN 3 ‘UNITE’

Michael Jordan’s performance during All-Star Weekend in 1988 in Chicago was nothing short of amazing. The event saw MJ not only win the Slam Dunk contest but also score 40 points in that Sunday’s game, taking home the MVP award as well as the victory with the East topping the West 138-133.

His Airness dazzled the crowd in a pair of ‘Black Cement 3’s’ for the game on Sunday while sporting the white pair for the Saturday Night festivities beating Dominique Wilkins in the annual Slam Dunk contest of which, is still talked about today.

Fast forward more than 30 years later and we once again have All-Star Weekend in Chicago and with that, we will see the release of the Air Jordan 3 ‘Unite.’

One can’t help but notice Chicago Bulls vibes with the all red upper along with the iconic elephant print.

Rounding out the details we see 3M touches on the rear panel and lacing eyelets.

There will be 2 additional color ways of the collab including “Triple White” and Triple Black” versions.
